How it works

An incentive program that runs end to end, without a spreadsheet in sight

Connect your data, define your rules, and let Wink run the program continuously. Participants see progress live. Admins see ROI. Rewards land in minutes, not at quarter close.

The full cycle

Five phases,
one continuous loop.

Most incentive programs stop at "data in, payout out". Wink runs the loop in between, where motivation actually happens.

The engine

One core. Plugins you toggle without engineering

Programs run continuously. Mechanics activate, deactivate, and combine in place. No migrations, no rebuilds, no waiting on a release cycle.

Two views, one source of truth

When the program is visible to everyone at the same time, disputes drop and engagement rises. Wink runs both sides of the screen.

What admins ask before they launch

How long does setup take?

A first program goes live in hours. Workspace setup, role assignment, and CSV import is usually under a day. Connecting a CRM with mapping takes one or two working sessions.

Can I run multiple programs at the same time?

Standard plans cover one active program at a time. Enterprise plans run multiple programs concurrently, with separate metrics, plugins, audiences, and budgets per program. Multi tenant workspace keeps them isolated.

Can I change the rules midprogram?

Yes. Activate or deactivate plugins, raise or lower thresholds, add metrics. Wink versions every change with a full audit trail, so participants always see what's current and you always see what changed.

What happens when a participant leaves the company?

You can offboard from the admin dashboard or via the HRIS sync. Earned rewards stay claimable per your retention policy; pending program participation is closed out. The audit trail is preserved.

How does role based access work for multi region teams?

Workspace level admins, region or department level operators, manager level read access, and participant access. Each role sees only what's relevant. Useful for global rollouts where local managers run their own programs under a corporate budget.

Can I export the audit trail?

Yes. Per program, per recipient, or per date range. CSV and API access. Required for finance reconciliation, compliance review, and 1099 reporting in the US.
